Need support?

If you need support with complex mental health or trauma-related issues, or you’re supporting a friend or family member, we’re here to help with free counselling, peer support and referrals.

You can chat to our counsellors via phone, email or web chat Monday to Friday 10am - 10pm AEST/AEDT. Or connect with other people who understand what you’re going through 24/7 on our online Forums.

Corporate and general enquires

We receive a high volume of enquiries, so the quickest way to get in touch is by filling out the form below. Simply select the relevant subject and we’ll reply as soon as we can.

Please note we are unable to help with assignments (but our factsheets and guides provide helpful information on mental health issues). We don’t commission articles, blogs or research, and you can see our website for job opportunities.

All complaints and praise will be handled according to the SANE Australia Feedback Policy.
