Request a Peer Ambassador

Are you looking for someone with lived experience of complex mental illness to speak at your next community event or workplace?

Or maybe you would like to include lived experience in the co-design of your program, research, policy or advisory committee?

SANE’s Peer Ambassadors have been trained to tell their powerful stories of mental ill health and recovery in a safe and insightful way. Ambassadors can also provide practical insight and factual information about complex mental illness.

The SANE Peer Ambassadors is a fee for service activity. For more information about our corporate and not-for-profit rates, please complete the form below.

People who live with complex mental health issues, their families, friends and carers, in their own words.

They said . . .

The presentation highlighted that anyone could be suffering a mental illness. It has made me reflect upon how I treat others in a work environment and how I may be able to assist if there is an issue.’
– Deakin University

‘I loved how the presentation came from someone who has actually battled mental health issues rather than someone who just works in the field.’

One of the most impactful and moving stories I have ever heard. Our thanks for making this opportunity available.’
