Sleep

Sleep: cat sleeping

Getting good-quality sleep can help you feel energised, motivated and better able to ride life’s ups and downs. Getting into a good sleep routine (that is, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day), avoiding caffeine and setting up a positive sleeping environment all aid sleep quality.

If you often wake up feeling groggy, try using an app like Sleep Cycle (iOS and android) to track your sleep patterns and wake you up in your lightest phase of sleep. Introducing gentle background sounds through apps like myNoise (iOS and android) can also help you to fall asleep and stay asleep, even in a noisy location.
