Meaning and experiences of recovery from anxiety

Researchers at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, are currently researching the experiences and personal meaning of recovery from anxiety.

We are seeking people who have past or current experience of anxiety and are aged 18+.

Participants will be asked to complete a 25-30 minute survey about anxiety and their progress towards mental health recovery.

Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.
