Confusing and conflicting emotions are just some of the feelings faced by an estimated 30,000 young Australians who have a parent with mental illness. Joe's Diary is a SANE Guide written in the form of a teenager's journal, to provide young people with practical tips on helping themselves and finding support within and outside the family.
