In March of this year, during the case Kaplan v Lee-Archer, the Honourable Justice Buchanan of the Supreme Court of Victoria misused the term 'schizophrenic' to describe an inconsistency in the defendant's testimony.

StigmaWatch contacted Justice Buchanan to give him information on schizophrenia and to clarify that the illness does not involve multiple personalities.
