SANE Australia wrote to Councillor Jenny Mulholland ofBanyule City Council in Melbourne recently, regarding her comments that patients at the Thomas Embling Hospital are 'criminally insane' and 'the worst insane criminals in Victoria'.
Cr Mulholland was quoted as making these comments in the
story 'Psych Crims for Repat' in the Heidelberg Leader on 14.11.06.
