According to Property Editor Turi Condon, the Australian housing market looks 'schizophrenic'.

Ms Condon made the comment in her article entitled 'Rebound we had to have, but it's fragile' (The Australian - Property on 02.08.06).  StigmaWatch received reports from readers affected by schizophrenia, distressed that Mr Condon and The Australian were perpetuating misunderstanding of schizophrenia as a split personality.

SANE Australia wrote to Ms Conson urging her to avoid using 'schizophrenic' to denote duality or contradiction.
