Stigma Files 2005
Blackmores stress website encourages visitors who have been grumpy towards a workplace colleague to compose a letter of apology - ‘Office Oops’. The website contained mocking and inappropriate psychiatric terminology such as ‘psychotic’ and derogatory colloquialisms such as 'nutter, certifiable and electric shock therapy’.

SANE Australia wrote to Blackmores on 14.09.05 urging the removal of the offensive terminology. Simon Marks, Blackmores Senior Product Manager, replied on 23.09.05 with a sincere apology to visitors. As of 29.11.05, the page has been updated to no longer contain stigmatising language.
