Sydney's Luna Park continues to use the ‘Release your lunatic’ tagline that has been a feature in a number of their marketing campaigns.

SANE Australia again wrote to Director Warwick Doughty on 14.09.05 informing him that people continue to be distressed by the campaign and we urge its immediate withdrawal.

SANE received no response and so the StigmaWatch network was alerted to this issue through a StigmaWatch report on 30.09.05.

StigmaWatchers are encouraged to let Mr Doughty know how inappropriate it is to market Luna Park at the expense of people with a mental illness.
