According to Dr Sue Page, recently named as one of the 10 most influential people in general practice, it's easy to 'feel very schizophrenic' about rural health. AustralianDoctor.com.au published the comments on 09.12.05, in an article entitled Changing of the Guard.
SANE Australia wrote to Dr Page on 22.12.05 explaining how the incorrect use of the term only serves to perpetuate the false notion that schizophrenia means 'split personality'.
