The Northern Daily Leader (Tamworth) contained an article entitled 'System under scrutiny at inquest' on 11.08.06.  The article, about a coronial inquest into the suicides of three Tamworth men, was recommended by readers for its responsible and appropriate reporting. 

Readers felt that the article was reflective of Mindframe principles and recommendations on reporting suicide, such as including Helpline telephone numbers, no description of suicide methods, the word suicide was kept out of the headline nor used excessively in the article, and the suicide was placed in the context of mental illness. Whilst the 'system' was criticised, the article made a point of not blaming GPs or mental health staff.
