'At
last...something that helps people with a mental illness give up
smoking! This isn't just a health issue - it has a major impact on
people's quality of life, finances and a whole range of other issues...'
Smoking not only has a catastrophic effect on the health of people with
a mental illness, it drastically reduces their income so that they
become even further disadvantaged and isolated. SANE Australia has
taken action on this issue - with resources specially developed to help
people with a mental illness reduce and quit smoking, and to help
workers, family and friends support them to do this.
