The guide explains the importance of dealing with your own reactions to mental illness, will help you find support, explains the skills which will help you to help the person improve their level of recovery, and looks at what needs to be done to plan ahead.

The SANE Guide for Families is intended to help family, friends and other carers of people who have been seriously affected by mental illness.
