The incident involves use of inaccurate or inappropriate reporting of mental illness or suicide.
|
|
Media
|
|
The
incident has appeared in the media, whether it be a TV or radio program
newspaper or magazine article, editorial or advertising.

Australian
|
|
The incident originated in the Australian media.
|
|
Verified
|
|
Full
details of the stigmatising incident are supplied, including source,
date and name of the person responsible. Where possible, copies of
articles should be sent to:

The report is sent within one month of the occurrence of stigma.
